Delivery

 

Caribbean Sun  delivers to any address in the Czech republic. We use PPL to send the products to our customers. Standard delivery is charged at 120,- CZK.

 

Order over   2 900 Kč/  130 Eur  in Czech republic free of charge 

Order over   3 900 Kč/  160 Eur  to Slovak republic free of charge

Order over 10 000 kč/   400 Eur  to Central Europe free of charge

( on payment in advance )

 

We aim to despatch orders within 5 working days of receipt. The goods is delivered during the working days, 9:00-17:00, to choose the exact time of delivery is not possible.


If you provide us with the telephone number, PPL will inform you about the approximate delivery time.

 

If you will not be available at the time of delivery, you will receive an information about the next posibility of delivery into your mailbox.

 

Damage to goods caused by shipment must be claimed within 2 days at the latest. Claims will not be accepted after this time (conditions of PPL shipping services).

 

Returns policy

 

The customer is obliged to check goods immediately upon receipt. Should any mechanical damage to the packing be detected, the customer is obliged to check the condition of goods and in the event of any damage he or she is obliged to write a record of the damage in the presence of the forwarder. The forwarder stands liable for damages caused by the transportation; all goods are insured. The customer is obliged to complain to the supplier in writing regarding any error in the amount of items or in the sort of goods and regarding any apparent defects immediately, or two days after the receipt of goods at the latest. Any damage that existed at the moment of receipt of goods, but which was only discovered later, must be notified by the customer to the supplier immediately upon such discovery.

The customer is obliged to lodge a claim in writing (fax or e-mail) and send the notification of damage to goods to the address of the seller’s head office.

 

The reclamation of goods must be delivered to the supplier together with the defective goods, always together with brief written description of the defect. If the customer cannot give proof of purchase, the supplier is entitled to reject a complaint.

 

Only goods in original packing or other suitable packing may be accepted for reclamation. Goods sent for reclamation via post or via another shipping service must be secured against further possible damage.
